Terms Of Service

These terms of service apply to the use of this website. By accessing this website and or placing and order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This website is operated by Hare and Hatter Flowers. We reserve the right to change revise these terms and conditions at any time. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you should cease to use this website.

Ordering Online

Place an order with us via our online ordering system. We will respond to your order when payment has been received to confirm that it has been processed. We will notify you when the order is ready to be dispatched.

We retain the right to refuse an order if the product / order is unavailable. In the event of this happening, if payment has been received we will issue you with a full refund.

Wherever possible we will send flowers as close to the image and or description given unless due to lack of seasonal availability. We reserve the right to provide an alternative and suitable substitute for an equal or higher value without notice. Should this not be possible, we will contact you to discuss options.

Please ensure that accurate and up to date information is provided when placing an order. For example, full name, address, contact details, card message, produce description. We cannot be held responsible for any errors if inaccurate or incomplete information is provided by you, the customer.


Deliveries are made across Wirral by hand and delivery prices apply and vary accordingly. We will also deliver to Liverpool and Chester. Delivery charges apply and vary accordingly.

Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 4pm, Monday to Sunday.

If orders are placed outside of working hours, the delivery will be processed for the following working day.

If the recipient isn’t in when we try to deliver, we will try delivering to neighbours addresses and a card will be left at the recipients address stating which neighbour has taken the flowers for them. If no neighbours are available or are unwilling totake he flowers we will take the item back to the shop and provide a card stating this so that the recipient can contact us to rearrange delivery at a convenient time.

Only artificial flowers can be delivered to hospital wards due to infection control regulations. Fresh flowers may be presented to the recipient in hospital but must be taken away immediately after presentation. Relevant accurate information must be provided including ward details, recipient details, bed number. Please check with the hospital ward before placing an order.

Cancellations & Refunds

In the event of a cancellation or amendment to an existing order please contact us as soon as possible on 07539278247 to discuss. If your order has already been dispatched you will be fully charged and no refund will be given.

If there is a complaint regarding your order please contact us immediately by telephone on 07539278247 to discuss and suitably resolve the issue. Complaints made public on social media before contacting us by telephone will be considered a breach of the terms and conditions and forfeit a suitable resolve.


You agree not to request any messages that are considered abusive, vulgar, threatening or harassing in any way. You are completely responsible for the personalised message and in now way shape or form is attributed to Hare and Hatter Flowers. We reserve the right to refuse and decline any messages that are unsuitable, inappropriate or negatively portray Hare and Hatter Flowers.
